Everyone promises the best value, but we deliver, and
this is how. We take a different approach from other IT
firms in two major ways:
1. Hardware - The customer owns the
hardware outright. The PC's and equipment are invoiced
and delivered to the customers address. This eliminates
a huge amount of overhead. We are not here to compete
with DELL or HP, there is no way we can beat there
price, our profit is made in services, that is what we
do. We still handle the maintenance of these systems,
but we do so as a third party. We also help the customer
in deciding what to buy, that is what we specialize in.
After we do an initial free consultation to determine
your needs, we will put together a no obligation quote
for systems and work done.
2. Location - As you might have noticed
in looking for our address, an old fashioned brick and
mortar shop is not what we do. We employ high quality
technicians who work on site and are dispatched when
needed. This eliminates building cost and maintenance,
utilities, and the like. This allows us to offer the
highest quality in service while maintaining a cost far
lower than the average IT firm.
Commitment...
We do not leave until the job is done. After the
initial setup is complete, a full training for staff is
provided so that the users can use the new
system. If, at any time there are questions, feel free
to call one of our technicians to answer them. We also
employ the use of a trouble ticket system that will
allow the customer to log a ticket, and see the complete
status of the problem from start to finish.
